Dynamic Weather

This is a preview of my thesis project. I'm creating a Winter watermill scene with an integrated weather system in Unreal Engine 4. The weather in the scene can be changed dynamically by adjusting values of parameters that control shaders, particles, and lighting in the scene. The system supports 3 kinds of weather which are normal, raining and snowing. I made the speed of the rotation wheel change according to the weather condition; for example, it will move slower in a snow condition. In the maximum snow condition, there is a freezing effect on the wheel and water in the lake.
Right now I'm in a polishing stage of the project, adding extra touches such as particles and some effect to the scene. When I get it complete I'll update this post again.
